
One of her first film acting roles was the uncredited part of the Secretary (pictured) in Stop Press Girl starring Basil Radford, Naunton Wayne, Sally Ann Howes and Gordon Jackson.
She appeared in a number of other films in the period from the late 1940’s through to the early 1970’s including; Obsession 1949, The Dark Man 1951, Lady in the Fog 1952, Women Without Men 1956, The Heart Within 1957, Across The Bridge 1957, Carve Her Name With Pride 1958 and Bedazzled in 1967 – she played the part of Sister Rose.
Her TV appearances include, the Matron in Jenning at School, Mrs Childs in Starr and Company, Alison Morley in Compact, Lady Nora Gerrard in R3 and Lady Rosina in Broome Stages.
She died on 3rd February 1979.
